Design Engineering & Project Execution

Mechanical Engineering
ENAR's Mechanical Group comprises of highly professional design & field engineers. ENAR has capabilities to develop mechanical design from grass root level or modify an existing facility.

As an important part of project execution team, Mechanical Group works in close collaboration with process design and provide inputs for the electrical, instrument and civil design. ENAR's team has capability to inspect plant and equipment develop refurbishment requirement after inspection.

The team in this group consists of following groups:

  • Equipment Engineering
  • Rotary Specialist
  • Piping & Structural Engineering
The functions of these groups are generally:

Equipment Engineering

Equipment Engineering Group prepares all drawings, documents and material requisition necessary for the purchasing of materials and equipment and for construction of the plant, and develops relevant detailed engineering design.

These drawings and setting plans allow vendors, fabricators to prepare shop and fabrication drawings. In case where shops are not geared up to carryout engineering work ENAR prepares complete shop drawings and bills of materials.

Rotary Machinery

The rotary machinery group:

  • Prepares specifications and data sheets for pumps, compressors, mixers and all the rotating equipment
  • Prepares technical tabulation of Vendor quotations, the material requisition for order.
  • Checks Vendors drawings and documents for completeness and agreement with specification, codes and specs.
Piping Engineering

The Piping Group carries out detailing of piping and supports which include:

  • Routing Studies
  • Layouts
  • Isometrics
  • Stress Analysis
  • Piping Material Classification
  • Bill of Material
  • Support
  • Pipe Rack
