Plant construction supervision is an area of activity distinct from plant operations or corporate engineering work and requires high degree of skill and experience in areas such as piping, pre-fabrication and erection, static and rotary equipment, assembly and erection, electro-pneumatic/electronic instrumentation system erection, electrical generation and distribution systems, installation civil and structural works, etc. it requires an integrated team of engineers and supervisors in their respective areas of specialization supervised by a Construction Manager (CM) to direct the overall activity.

The project management/construction supervision services are ENAR's important area of activity. Over the years ENAR has been providing project management & construction supervision services to various oil/gas sector projects executed by multinational contractors through a dedicated team of managers, engineers and supervisors. For this purpose, ENAR is maintaining a pool of highly qualified and experienced engineers. ENAR's construction team at site is provided continuous technical support by highly experienced specialist engineers based at Corporate Office.

The quality of material equipment and construction works is monitored by highly qualified and experienced quality control inspectors/engineers.
