Industrial Plants Evaluation/Valuation

ENAR in recent years has also been involved in undertaking project evaluation/ valuation studies for leading financial institutions of the country and Privatization Commission. The projects evaluated/valuated to-date pertain to petroleum refining chemical, fertilizer and cement industries.

In the evaluation/valuation studies undertaken by ENAR equal emphasis is given to technical and financial aspects. The technical aspects covered include detailed assessment of technology, plant and other facilities, their present condition and indications of probable remaining operational life. The financial and related aspects covered in these studies include estimation of replacement/realizable value of fixed and current assets, verification and review of long terms & current liabilities and estimation of break-up value of company's share. The valuation of industrial projects/ concerns is also carried out on future earnings and on-going concern basis.
